Shipping and Handling
Miniretroflix ships its products to almost every country in the world. We use the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package reaches its destination quickly and safely.
We process orders within 24-48 hours and shipping details will be available within 3-5 days of processing. Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, you will receive shipping details by email.
*Please note that in case of stock shortages in our warehouse in Delaware, we ship products from our warehouses located in the US, Europe or Asia. It may take 2-4 weeks to receive your order.
Please note that certain factors, such as logistics delays, may affect the delivery time. In most cases, you will receive your items earlier than expected, but sometimes it depends on the destination. You can contact us by sending us an email at sales@miniretroflix.com if you have not received your order within the stated delivery time.

Important reminder:
The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting our shipping services. Delivery of items to delivery addresses outside of Europe may take 1-2 months. We appreciate your patience. Rest assured that we will send you a replacement item or refund you if it is proven that your order was lost in transit.
We ask for your patience if your items do not arrive on time. The current situation is challenging for all of us and we are doing our best to adapt our processes to the current situation.
Changing/Cancelling an Order
You can change your order within 24 hours from the time you placed it. You can also cancel it within 24 hours and get a full refund. After 24 hours, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify your order. You can contact us by sending us an email at support@miniretroflix.com.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Lifetime Warranty
100% replacement for defective, damaged, scratched or dented items. The lifetime warranty is valid for one product only. You can purchase it at the same time as the product or add it on until you have received the product. Once you have received the product, you can no longer purchase a lifetime warranty for it.
Defective/Damaged Items
For defective/damaged items, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a replacement or refund. Please email us at support@miniretroflix.com. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange unless you have a lifetime warranty on the item in question.
Refund/Replacement
If the product received has manufacturing defects, buyers can request a replacement or refund within 30 days after receiving the item.
To request a replacement or refund, buyers must: provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to support@miniretroflix.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement product!
